GENERAL TERMS
- All artworks include my signature! Which must not be removed!!
- I can post the commission on my social media.
- Prices could change depending on the specific requests you have.
- I have the right to reject any order for any reason!!
PAYMENT
- Payment is primarily via bank transfer
- Commissions are paid either 100% upfront!!!!
- Don’t send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.
PROCESS AND DELIVERY
- Once you send me a commission request, i will get back to you and let you know, if I accept the commission or not.
- i have maximum one month to order your commission
- after 100% payment, I will start working on your artwork
COPYRIGHT AND USAGE
I, Tesshin (the artist):
- I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason
- I reserve the right to post the commission online, in my portfolio and other places if not discussed otherwise before starting commission.
- I will not claim the intellectual property of the commissioned artwork
- I retain copyrights over the commissioned artwork if not agreed otherwise before the start the commission
You (the commissioner):
- You may upload the commissioned artwork on any social media
- You may print your artwork for yourself as a physical print
- You retain the rights to the intellectual property
- You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece if not agreed otherwise beforehand.
- You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist’s) consent.
- you may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes if not discussed otherwise.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
- You can cancel your order at any point in time. You will get a charge for canceling in the process of me already painting the artwork.
-When do you have the rights for the full refund: Before I start painting the commission. If I misunderstood your request and no longer want or can finish the commission.
When do you have the rights for a partial refund: At any point! (exception: sketch commission, sketches cannot be refunded once I start) How to cancel? Let me know you'd like to cancel the order via email, I will send you the work in progress and charge you for the part I already painted, you will get the rest of the money back!
Example: Portrait for €35. I already managed to do all the draft sketches, and you decide to cancel. Draft sketches usually take up to two hours, so I will charge you €2-4 and send you the drafts, and the commission is canceled!
